February 2009: Work has started on a new website, logo and corporate image due for launch in May 2009

January 2009: Look out for Jon’s article in the membership magazine of MPI (Meeting Professionals International) due out in March 2009. His article ‘Why Meetings Make Scents’ focuses on how human behaviour can be influenced by how our senses interact with in the environment a meeting takes place in.

December 2008: Jon will be presenting the finale of SITE’s international Run the World Competition at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Switzerland this month

Jon presented the finale of SITE’s Run the World competition that he had. Since he had the idea in 2006 Jon chaired a committee that developed this international physical challenge that saw SITE members across the globe focus on their fitness and wellbeing. Jon presented the prizewinning evening to 400 SITE members at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne.

Jon launched SITE’s 2008 Run The World competition at SITE’s AGM to 500 members. This international inter-chapter competition devised by Jon and developed by the committee he chaired will see the 2200 members log how much physical and mental exercise they do each month and encourage them to set goals and increase their physical wellbeing.
